How to Log into JustMarkets Personal Cabinet
Visit the Official JustMarkets Website
Open justmarkets.com in your browser. Always verify you are on the official site — check the HTTPS padlock and correct domain. Bookmark the page to avoid phishing sites.
Click "Login" in the Top Navigation
Find the Login button in the upper right corner of the homepage. On mobile, it may be accessible through the hamburger menu icon at the top right.
Enter Your Email and Password
Type the email address used to register and your account password. The password is case-sensitive — ensure Caps Lock is off and there are no leading/trailing spaces.
Complete 2FA Verification (if enabled)
If you have two-factor authentication active, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or the SMS code sent to your registered phone number. Codes expire every 30 seconds.
Access Your Dashboard
You are now in Personal Cabinet. From here you can view accounts, deposit, request withdrawals, check promotions, manage verification documents, and update account settings.
How to Log into MT4 or MT5
MT4/MT5 login is separate from your Personal Cabinet and uses a different set of credentials. Here is how to connect.
Download and Install MT4 or MT5
Download MetaTrader from the JustMarkets website, the official MetaQuotes website, or from the App Store/Google Play.
Open the Login Window
On desktop MT4/MT5: go to File → Login to Trade Account. On mobile: tap the three-line menu and select "Login to existing account".
Find Your Account Credentials
Your numeric account number, trading password, and JustMarkets server name are sent by email when your trading account is created. Check your inbox for an email from JustMarkets.
Select the Correct JustMarkets Server
In the server dropdown, search for "JustMarkets" and select the correct server for your account type (live or demo). Using the wrong server is the most common cause of MT4/MT5 login failures.
Enter Account Number and Password
Type your numeric account number and trading password. Tick "Save account information" if you want to remain logged in between sessions.
Verify Connection at Bottom of Screen
After successful login, the bottom right corner of the MT platform shows connection status with a green bar. A red bar or "No connection" indicates a server or credential issue.
Forgot Your JustMarkets Password?
Go to the JustMarkets Login Page
Visit justmarkets.com and click Login. Below the password field, click "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password".
Enter Your Registered Email
Type the email address used to create your JustMarkets account. The system will only recognise the original registration email.
Check Your Inbox
A password reset email will arrive within 2–5 minutes. If not visible, check spam/junk folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours.
Set a New Strong Password
Click the reset link and create a new password. Use at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Log In with New Credentials
Return to the login page and use your email plus new password. If using MT4/MT5, you may need to update your trading password separately via Personal Cabinet.
Common Login Issues & Fixes
❌ "Invalid Username or Password"
Credentials do not match. Check Caps Lock, extra spaces, and confirm you are using the registration email.
❌ "Account Blocked" / Too Many Attempts
Too many failed login attempts triggers a temporary account lock, usually lasting 15–30 minutes.
❌ MT4/MT5 "Invalid Account"
You are using the wrong server or incorrect account number — the most common MT platform login error.
❌ "No Connection" in MT5
Platform cannot connect to JustMarkets trading servers — usually network, firewall, or VPN issue.
❌ 2FA Code Not Working
Authenticator app time may be out of sync, or the code was entered after the 30-second window expired.
❌ "Account Not Verified"
Your KYC verification has not been approved. Some account features are restricted until identity verification is complete.
Keep Your JustMarkets Account Secure
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Activate 2FA in Personal Cabinet settings. This is the single most effective security measure you can take.
Use a Unique Strong Password
Do not reuse a password from another website. Minimum 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Secure Your Email Account
Your email is the gateway to account recovery. Ensure your email also has a strong password and 2FA enabled.
Never Share Credentials
JustMarkets staff will never ask for your password. Do not share with anyone — including "account managers" on social media.
Verify the Official Website URL
Always confirm you are on justmarkets.com with a valid HTTPS certificate. Phishing sites mimic legitimate brokers.
Log Out on Shared Devices
If accessing your account on a shared or public device, always fully log out and clear browser data after your session.
